You are FREE to use the template whether in original or modified form provided the link backs to OS Designer at the bottom area intact on every page.

2. Requirements
PHP Link Directory v3.1 installed and working properly.
3. Installation
Note: Before installation, you are advised to backup your files.
1. Unzip the theme ZIP file into a folder on your PC.
2. You can input your Google Publisher ID by edit google.tpl
3. You can place your banner ads on top area by edit banner.tpl file.
4. For adding static Links on left/right side you have to edit left.tpl and right.tpl, You are free to remove links from left and right area.
5. Edit guideline.tpl to place your directory guidelines.
6. Connect to your site using your favorite ftp program and upload all files and folder under "Upload" folder to your root directory, i.e. - /public_html/
You are done! :D
